While we know that rank reset is on every 13th of the month, my question is this:

At what time do the rank resets?

I am asking this because I booted my game this morning and my ranks didn't reset and didn't get my BP bonus. I always though that the rank reset at midnight but it seems something changed, that or it got bugged again just like last month. Does the reset happens at 11 am EST?

Would love to know so I can share this knowledge with the community <3.
