HUD shows false hook states

Since the update when we got a new store design HUD has been broken. People get hooked once and show up with entity claws around them. On tiktok I saw this and I experienced it myself. For some survivors when being on 2 hook and you're showed as dead, survivors can't help you. You are going to die. It is insane amount of times I died due to this.
