global audio echo effects are bugged on some maps

global sounds like survivor screams play out without echo effect unless it is an indoor map and exceptionally toba landing and nostromo. All the other outdoor maps have issues regarding audio and how it plays in the enviroment.
It has been in the game since singularity came out last year I really hope these issues will be addressed finally. Sorry for reporting this once again I needed to delete the previous one and re do this for some reason.
