Event design causes survivor griefing
You have to be on a gen when it completes, so survivors will sandbag and steal the last couple seconds of a gen so they get the points instead.
The Party Totems aren't any better. For example, I had a survivor use Sprint Burst to grab a totem I was heading to, then they got super pissy when my friend was already at the next totem they went for. When my friend got downed, they went over to him and teabagged on him, and that ended up being the end of the match: the only thing that had happened was the Party Totems; zero gens were touched, and all four survivors were put on the ground. Everyone died on their first hook because that survivor was greedy.
This is ridiculous. Most of my Event matches have had survivors being garbage to one another. Why why why do the majority of the events pit survivors against each other instead of encouraging team play? There's no way to have fun when killers are tunneling, survivors are griefing, and matches are ending with zero gens done. Almost every one of my matches ends with at least one survivor having fewer than 3k BP. Did you guys at BHVR design the Event to be this way on purpose? And if so, why??

If the event required you to do stuff with other people for rewards, you'd be complaining about them not working with you. So instead your problem is that...... Someone did a totem one time? Does that really happen often enough to be a real issue? I've played a couple dozen games and not encountered anything remotely like that.

Did you not read what I wrote? My problem wasn't that they did a totem, it was that they got a totem and still got pissy and threw the entire match when they missed out on another totem.

Lucky. The number of times I've been sandbagged when on a gen so they could finish it, then left to die on the hook while they move on to a new gen is ridiculously high.
