Nemesis zombie bug is back and worse than before

this time they get stuck on literally nothing and a regular m1 cant kill them. must be m2.
i cant even tell you what causes it as they arent getting stuck on something. they just get stuck.
previously they were still "moving" just in place.
this time they do nothing. no walk animation, no reaching out for survivors animation. they just stand there and become immune to m1.
