Unable to Redeem Codes on PC

When I enter a code in the redeem code panel on PC, it says unable to redeem codes on this platform. This has never happened before, I was able to redeem codes around 3 weeks ago.

    Are you trying the Twitch Drops codes if so only for Switch players.
