PS5 - Both the killer and I were trapped in endgame forever

I don't know the specifics of how and why it happened because nothing in particular occurred, I was playing as Ada with We'll Make It, Balanced Landing, Blast Mine and Fixated. I was picked up by the killer under a pallet, a teammate tried to pallet stun the Xenemorph but failed, he dropped a flash grenade to blind the killer but it didn't work either. As I was wiggling I noticed the killer couldn't hook me and this was ultimately confirmed once I completed the wiggle progress bar. It continued on even during the endgame collapse, and I realized I was keeping the killer hostage against my will so I left and I assumed it fixed the issue.

First time it happens to me, it did look like hacks were involved but might also be a bug. I have attached a footage of the match showing what I described.
