    An idea of how it could be buff is that you get an increase for every survivor killed. That way you're not seeing speed increase at the very end where it likely no longer matters.

    I agree, it would be a cool buff honestly, it is really, really situational perk with almost no benefits. Maybe in this way, it can replace some meta perks.
