PC: Survivor became stuck to killer after using the event offering to teleport them to a hook.

Step 1: Load into match. Chosen killer was Vecna.

Step 2: Pick up a survivor from the dying state

Step 3: Mash the "teleport to hook" hotkey while a survivor is trying to flashlight blind you for a save

Result: Teleported THE SURVIVOR WHO ATTEMPTED THE FLASHLIGHT BLIND to the nearest hook, resulting in 1 hook state and requiring them to be rescued. The survivor I was picking up became glued to me for the rest of the match.

This is by far the funniest glitch I have ever encountered.

Yes, I teleported the flashlight savior to the hook instead of the survivor I was picking up.

The survivor was unable to be removed from me by anything.

The survivors and I spent the rest of the match trying to figure out how to get the survivor off of me.

We tried flashlight blinds, pallet stuns. I tried breaking pallets and doors. I tried every single one of Vecna's abilities. I tried hooking another survivor, which actually played the scream for both survivors as if I had hooked them both on the same hook.

We eventually just decided to hope the endgame collapse would get them off. However, it did not. Even the Entity couldn't get him off of me.

I had to DC in order to resolve the issue.

    Happened also to me, with a flashbang instead. After the endgame, the game continued for like half a minute and then it suddenly ended, without the player leaving.
