Anniversary/Steam sale DLC, outfit, characters. What should I get?

Since it's another sale, Steam Summer Sale all DLCs on sale, also the game's own store also got a sale since this the Anniversary!

I just wonder what I should get? I have all OG surviros and killers! Most of the favorite licensed ones two. But since outfits on sale which far as I know a pure rarity what's the best or logical stuff for getting? I already get Ripley her Ripley 8 skin, since the neat price, but getting the Back In Action with the DLC, since this the only way getting the motion tracker charm!

For OG characters I'll farm IS to get what I want, don't mind. But for licensed ones… Guess I'll take any sales I can and buy what I can/afford? DLCs often goes to sale on Steam.
