Unknown hallucination stayed up while in aura range

Not sure if this is a masquerade bug or a general Unknown bug. I was hooked in basement with a remote hook, but there was an unknown hallucination directly above me that I was within range of. Not sure if this was due to how vertical distances are calculated, or if hooking remotely changed how the logic worked, but I was under the impression that if you were within aura reveal range, it should go away.
This match was on Thompson House, with basement being in shack. The hallucination was just on the outside wall of shack next to the window vault.
