PC , Win 11- Mouse not locked to game window, regardless of full screen mode

As title says, for some reason I'm having issues with the mouse not being locked to the game. This issue persists in fullscreen, borderless windowed, or windowed. All with the exact same issue. I'd stopped playing for a bit and have now come across this issue.

So far, it's only been seen to happen in Dead by Daylight, no other games have had this issue, including Overwatch 2. I'm kinda at a loss on what else to do, as I've tried relaunching the game, alt-tabbing, verifying game files, and even trying to use third-party tools to force the mouse to stay bound to the window.

Reproduction steps have been to simply load the game. Right off the hop it doesn't even attempt to capture my mouse. Unless there's some keybind that may have been hit that forces windows to not lock to window.

Any suggestions would be welcomed, along with any stories of anyone else having an issue so I know I'm not alone. xD

Logs attached in case there's anything in there. All from today have been attached as I've been hopping on and off a few times and have been playing custom matches so there may not be enough in the most recent file.
