Dedicated Server Crashing

Constantly I have been getting kicked out of my matches with a pop up saying “Dedicated server not responding Disconnecting” I have reported it before and all they gave were troubleshooting tips I tried them ofc and nothing worked the problem seemed to worsen if I’m being honest lately I have been banned for 48 hours for constantly leaving the matches when in reality it’s the dedicated servers that are the issue now just recently I have been banned for 72 hours Yesterday I haven’t checked on it how much time I got left because I was in a raging moment trying to get the masquerade rewards but I know I won’t be seeing that soon…I have told them there is a issue with your server although I don’t remember who helped me with the email reply but they did state that they will look into it. I’m hoping they will because I made an account to hopefully have my voice heard and the problem I am having, also this has happened to my friends to not too much but constantly and it kills the mood to play the game so they hop off and play a different game before y’all state it’s your internet big trust on me that it isn’t I tried other games and they all work perfectly fine I’m just hoping the devs can see the message and have sympathy and get it fixed and hopefully get me unbanned as soon as possible to let me get the rewards :)

    forgot to state I play on the Xbox series X my other friend played with me on PC we live in the same city so my only theory is that it’s happening in my area perhaps.

    I've also been facing a surge of "dedicated server not responding" issues, and am currently at an hour long ban. The last time it was this bad was during the Blood Moon event, to the point where I reached out to the support team, spoke to four different people (please, do not pass the buck from one rep to another, this is just bad customer service), who all gave me a copy and paste answer questioning my Internet's capabilities (sometimes the same message). I've reached out to Xfinity and they have provided proof showing that my Internet has crashed only once in the month of June, at a time that I was not gaming. I live in the Bay Area, California, I have unnecessarily fast Internet, and, yes, just to entertain every idea, I have followed BHVR supports suggestions in the past.

    I have received a "VERIFY INTERNET CONNECTION" error ONCE in the past, at a time when my Internet was truly down. This error note should be penalized. "DEDICATED SERVER NOT RESPONDING" is not your fanbases fault, and, yet, we are punished for it. Also, just so the "does your Internet work" question is not brought up, whenever the server crashes, I'm still on the PS Network fine, and I check the Internet, so the gaslighting needs to stop. This issue is frequently brought-up in the DBD sub-Reddit as well, to the point where the mods have started taking them down.

    Please, fix your servers, at least the ones near Northern California (Oregon, I believe), and, please, do not penalize your fanbase unless it's the "Verify Your Internet Connection" error. I'm sure the servers will be fine in two days time when the event ends, but, until then, a lot of people will be left upset.

    Thank you for your time, and I hope this doesn't fall on deaf ears.

    I have gotten this issue 7 times as killer, it seems for me it usually happens when there is 2 survivors left alive.

    Happens to me also had it happen just today and I'm on the Switch. I think they do need to check the servers.

    Just happened to me after endgame I ended up getting 0 BP after escaping
