Default sort order of perks to alphabetical ignoring rank

Could we have the perks default to alphabetical order only, excluding rank? Currently, they are sorted by rank and then alphabetically, which doesn't make any sense, especially for console players. If we have nothing but Rank 3 perks, it's not an issue, but when leveling up a character that does not have all Rank 3 perks, we have to look in 3 different sections to see if we even have the perk.
