Will Trapper/Hillbilly's "Frozen" re-colours ever make a return from the Rift?

I'd KILL (haha get it?) to have these skins for both of these fine gentlemen. I started playing in late 2021 so I missed the chance to ever buy these skins, and would love to see them return… for a price of course.
