Bug when you try healing sometimes with a boon up(it won’t load the bar even 1%)

So to start off I was playing a regular game and then hid in the basement as I do to heal, but before I did all that I put a boon up so if I went down I could get myself back up if I was getting chased which I did started getting chased, but anyway I was trying to heal and it wouldn’t even go up 1% I never even saw the bar no matter how close I looked. I don’t think it matters what boon idk tho but I had exponential up, it also doesn’t matter in the game where you place the boon cause a couple days ago it happened to me but just thought it was a killers perk but it just happened again so I was looking it up and couldn’t find any killers perk or ability that did that, we were going against a blight in this game not that it matters I don’t think, cause a couple days ago we were going against a tiffany when it first

    so I found out it’s the killers perk sloppy butcher, when fully upgraded it makes it so you can’t heal in the basement cause the perk slows healing by 75% when fully upgraded and healing yourself in basement when fully upgraded is 70% so you legit can’t heal

    There is a visual bug that sometimes happens with the heal bar it won't show the progress but you can still heal. If this is what is happening just continue healing.

    edit to add. Saw the clip you most likely had the visual bug just keep healing it will fill up and heal eventually
