Deliverance straight up refused to work

Description: After "successfully" using Deliverance, my character still stayed on hook, yet gained Haste, Endurance and Broken status effect. While the first two ones are obviously afflicted when taken off the hook, the last is because of the perk. Yet, as you may see on the presented screenshot, I was still stuck on the hook and even got to phase 2 after further retry.
Steps to reproduce: Just use deliverance as intended, try to get out of the hook after successfully unhooking someone else.
How often does his occur?: I came back to DBD after long break (couple of months) and this was the first time I used deliverance in the new patch.
