It's not fixed because it's meant to be played this way, loops should always have a element that you can mindgame and this loop has it in this shape. While you can get a more or less free hit if the survivor doesn't react in time you also could miss him if he does react in time and the survivor will probably vault the other window and reaching another loop if you're unlucky. You just underestimated him and died because you didn't react very good.

It wouldn't even be called a loop if you couldn't do that, it would just be a godwindow xD
