Endurance vanished
This happened during endgame. I was playing as yui with new cosmetic and against a deathslinger. A yui unhooked me and she had babysitter. The slinger swung once I was unhooked obviously aiming for the unhooker. However I was downed instead and the endurance status did not appear at all.

a teammate had the same against a huntress some minutes ago.
It is related to dead hard, as we recreated the siutation and trieded to related eliminate perks. WIth dead hard no endurance, without it everything is normal

did you use dead hard? we tested it and if dead hard was in the perk build you do not get endurance

You can see from the clip that they don't have Dead Hard, so that ain't it.

I've also encountered this bug!
The survivor had: Dead Hard, Lithe, Decisive Strike and Windows of Opportunity.

Babysitter might not be related to the bug as I've just encountered the same bug but no one had that perk in the lobby.

we tested it with off the record too but there we had normal endurance. I guess it is somehow related to perks that cause endurance in general but other factors might play role.

After getting unhooked and while still having the "endurance" status symbol on my screen, endurance itself was not applied and the killer could immediately down me again. Happened with multiple killers on multiple maps.

Dead hard, resilience, iron will and decisive strike. Surv was a Zarina0 -
yep had it too, running MFT, DH, Windows and off the record. Didn’t get base kit endurance off hook or off the record endurance either

i dont think the perks you have equipped matter. i have tested this with my friend. off hook bt, bt (the perk) as well as styptics currently do not give the player the endurance effect.

Just happened again against a plague. Its not happening every game but still once every few is a big issue.

Endurance is bugged itself.
It doesn't trigger after being unhooked, when using DH, when using styptic and so on…0 -
I also had this happened today 4 times. I had dead hard, prove thyself, iron will and kindred. I was unhooked and didn't get endurance, but this didn't happen in all of my matches today. I didn't even have the endurance status effect symbol on my screen, only haste.

I had dead hard, bond, adren and light footed. Ice heard dead hard is the issue.

Also running MFT OTR DH with RESI. Dead hard does not give me endurance and healing others while injured does not activate my 10 seconds of MFT endurance. Off the Record works sometimes, and other times it doesn't.
