Final Two Gens Completing Together [PC]

I am consistently getting a bug in which the last two generators left for survivors to repair are being completed both at once, while the survivor only actually completed one generator. This still happens regardless of the progress of the other generators on the map. I am not sure what causes this issue, but it has happened throughout several matches. Each of those matches I played as The Lich, Vecna, though I'm unsure if the bug is related to the killer or not.

Playing on the latest update on Steam, on Ormond and other maps I've played the exit gates would be powered after doing 4 gens instead of the typical 5. There are many instances of this posted on Twitter as well for video proof.

Seaw this also in a match against Singularity. Seems like is not related to killer.

Had the same thing happen in both of my matches as Singularity earlier, I think this is probably a bug instead of an exploit considering I've seen nothing regarding certain perks triggering this.

I'm seeing this happen mostly on the final gen, but I've also observed it happening on earlier gens (jumping from 4 → 2), and in that case it corresponded with an earlier gen being finished but not being added to the counter.

Something is definitely wrong with gens right now.
