No endurance off of hook

I noticed when I was running decisive strike, deliverance, dead hard, and iron will I was not receiving endurance when taken off hook but was getting the speed boost. I looked to make sure none of the perks changed and said they take away the endurance when taken off hook and saw nothing. When I changed my build I had endurance when coming off hook. I only noticed it while using the 4 perks described.

I think this issue is happening because Dead Hard is bugged, tested it in some custom matches with someone. Styptic usage with it is busted too.
