No Endurance Off Hook

Bug: I am not getting endurance after being unhooked. In multiple games I have been hit within 2 seconds of being unhooked and did not get endurance and was downed.
I am on PC (Steam).
Info to recreate: I was using the following build: Bond, Dead Hard, Decisive Strike, and Iron Will. This has happened while playing as Ace and Yui. It may have happened while using Nancy as well, but I cannot remember for sure. The maps that I recall the bug occurring on were Azarov's Resting Place and Gideon. There were others, but I don't remember which ones.
The killers that I recall playing against when the bug occurred were Bubba (Default Skin) and Huntress (Were Elk skin).
