Endurance status effect not working after unhook. (PROBLEM IN DEAD HARD)

My friend got no endurance status effect after I unhooked him. After testing, we figured out that the problem is having the perk "DEAD HARD" equipped in your build.
So if you have the perk Dead Hard, you will not be granted endurance status effect after being unhooked. The perk still works normally.
Is this the true Dead Hard nerf?

Hello, this is a known issue. Planned fix is Hotfix 1.

I also use dead hard and i also dont get the endurance after unhook.
