Replace FSR 1 with a newer upscaler

The FSR we have in game right now is just a sharpening tool. It does not upscale anything. By replacing the old FSR 1 with a newer standard like FSR 2 or even FSR 3, the minimum system requirements will drop, allowing players with weaker systems to run the game better. Devs, i beg y'all. My video card is crying.
