Onryo stuck when crawling out of tvs

Onryo gets stuck crawling out of tvs on the red forest Mother's dwelling map. Specifically the tv that will spawn on the second floor of the cabin.
Might be due to survivors bringing chest offerings and messing with tv spawn placement.
Occured every single time I teleported to the second floor tv and has only happened since this new patch.
