dont have the endurance effect after unhook

As the title suggests, after unhooking, I dont have the endurance effect, only a sprint burst. Since the new patch, this happens in every game, every time. Regardless of the map or the character Im playing. It has happened multiple times that when the killer camps the hook and survivor unhooks me, Im down on the ground after just a second and cant do anything about that. Its really frustrating. I’ve seen that other survivors normally get this effect, just not me. I dont know what to do. I dont even have Off the Record to counteract this.
