PC - Endurance effect does not activate from being unhooked or using MFT perk

I know that there is an existing bug report about this but in addition to that, maybe check the other perks as well that grants endurance effect.

Scenario:

I played with Dead Hard, Made for This, Inner Strength, and Resilience. I was endured and tried to heal another survivor who was injured to get MFT value. After healing the other survivor (full health), the killer arrived on our location and instantly down me. I expected to have endurance effect which was the reason I committed in healing my teammate.

This is the only perk with endurance effect that I have tried so far. I used this same build on Sable, Yui, and Mikaela and all have the same issue. The killer I was against with, and the maps were not significant variables as all the games I had after the patch caused the same result.

Tried restarting the game, didn't work as well.
