The Coldwind farm generators are bugged

This bug occurs on Coldwind Farm when survivors have to finish two more generators to open the exit gates. They only finish one of the two generators but the exit gates power anyways. To reproduce this bug, you would have to finish a certain generator on the map when survivors need to finish 2 more generators. The one gen will count as two and the exit gates will be powered. This has happened twice after the most recent update, but not frequently enough that survivors are abusing the bug on purpose.

Not just on Coldwind, it's everywhere.

This bug has already been widely reported and is caused when a survivor, who has been eliminated from the trial, leaves and goes back to the lobby.
