This must be a bug or? Got a huge speedboost after getting hit by wesker power.

I played against a TTV Wesker and after I got hit with power I suddenly got a huge speedboost, but no haste indicator on the right. Doesnt help that I lagged in that moment. I was so confused that I ran back into him. Also the window, which I wanted to use was to my right. I tried to explain to him, he didnt want to hear and said hes gonna report me with the clip.I have like 3k h and a lot spent on the game. Im also not on anno mode. They were telling me I was cheating, which I wasnt. Can you confirm that this is a known or unknown bug?
