Hello everyone. Sorry if what I write is wrong, since I use an English translator.

Lately two problems have been happening to me on different days on Steam that after playing; The next day or a while later, I get that the file that is in the title is unknown.

This is the second time this has happened to me and so far I have only solved it by reinstalling the game; but doing it every time the problem occurs seems excessive to me (41GB for someone like me is a lot).

Prior to those two problems, it happened to me that in 2 crashes from the killer (me being a survivor), the game crashed on different days.

The crash image was before the first time the unknown file problem appeared, which arose later and later when reinstalling the game.

I don't know if I'm the only one with this problem and if there are other alternatives other than reinstalling the game.

Thank you.

Only thing I can think of is to try verifying the files if you haven't already.

Don't know. At the moment, restarting the PC seems to work but for a short time and reinstalling allows me to play for days before the problem returns.

How old is the disk you are installing on, Could it be dying?
