Cross progression registry not working for switch

My xbox has synced just fine, not even needing me to open the game to sync my progress, but switch needs me to open the game and close it to register. However, when i open the game and click "sync progress", it gives me a red exclamation mark anr will not register. I have opened and closed my game several times. It wont work.

    I have similar problem, PS5 was synced aswell fine. But Switch at Step 2 (Verifying) I launched the game and quit and got error at end. Now the game is not launched and it says its running (orange exclamation mark), i continue till end with accepting and keep getting error message (We encountered a problem while syncing your progress. Try again later.)

    I'm glad it isn't just me having that happen, I'm sure it'll get fixed up soon though. Fingers crossed.
