Cross progression doesnt work at all (PSN)

today tried about 50 tiemes to do it but always with some kind of error

i m trying to LINK my PSN account without any success :/ ( i have linked all platforms, but got game only on Steam and PSN )

1. errror ( every f5 on dbd page )
- You need to connect to the game using this Account before performing this action
- in NETWORKS its status code 409

2. error ( every time i confirm last step in cross-progrssion )
- few trace IDs, 15908022675676173601, 13736754722658122621, 10032538482559332167, …
- We encountered a problem while syncing your progress. Try again later.
- in NETWORK its status code 500, with An unexpected error occurred`

    funny is that i got 4500 shards but nothing else from cross progression system

    i wish that bhvr test features before pushing to production :/, last patch added 50+ bugs and this cross progression makes company looks bad :/

    I'm having the exact same problem. Endless issues trying to get accounts to sync.

    sadly it seems that they dont care :/ they does not even reply here or on support tickets :/ so paying customer is nothing for them :(, also their support ticket system is kinda broken too it doesnt show any support tickets …
