I wonder why the killer BP incentive has been permanently at 100% since this patch launched… hmmm… thinking emoji…
But seriously, the whole product is completely busted and it's taking WAY too long to have these major issues fixed. I'm not even sure how this happened in the first place since none of these issues were present on the 8.1.0 PTB. It's like an entirely different build that not a single soul play-tested.
