PC - Cosmetics Collision issue

There's no collision with charms whilst using Hopeful Insight when using Brightest Skull-Queen.
They just phase through sables body.
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Select play as survivor
Step 3 : Equip sable
Step 4 : Equip any sable head, brightest skull-queen body, hopeful insight legs.
Step 5: equip any charms
(might occur with black version of shirt, unsure)
Charms used in attached photos are the auric cell charm and masquerade charms
Unable to attach logs, keeps saying network error.
However this could be seen by me, my girlfriend's PC, her friends playstation, and another friends PC.
