Killer/DBD/A new idea

We already have a skull dealer, but I came up with another idea: Swamp Creature (Working title).
The ability will be that the killer creates 3 large black and red puddles anywhere on the map (with a radius of 5-10 meters) that does not pass through the walls. If the survivor walks through this puddle, gets the status "polluted" and moves N% slower in the puddle, the killer will accelerate by the same percentage. The status of "contaminated": A survivor leaves puddles of mud behind him (like pools of blood) and any survivor who often steps on these puddles also receives the status of "contaminated". You can get rid of the effect if you walk N number of meters or standing still and "clean up" the dirt, after which the survivor gets a "Rush". If a survivor is fatally wounded with the "contaminated" effect, the killer will be able to pick him up and use any puddle to "immerse" the survivor.

Immersion: The survivor will be sacrificed as if he were hanging on a hook, while neither the Killer nor the survivors will know in which puddle he is now "immersed", and in order to save him, other survivors will have to find him in one of the puddles and "get" after which the puddle itself disappears and the Killer gets notification of which puddle the Survivor was taken out of.
Skills:
1. Territory control-If the survivors perform any actions within a radius of 10-15-20 meters (repair, treatment, jumping through a window, opening a chest, cleaning a totem, etc.), the Killer receives a "Killer Instinct", and for this survivor the skill takes 80-70-60 seconds to recharge
2.Spoilage: Banshee(working title)-Now all totems will look like they have Spoilage on them, if the survivor cleans this totem, he will scream and get the "Forgetfulness" effect for 10-15-20 seconds. If all totems are cleared, all survivors will scream and get the "Forgetfulness" effect. If the Killer has other spoiling skills, he will only see those totems that are not affected by the Spoiling:Banshee.
3.False hope- With each repaired generator, the speed of all actions of the survivors (repair, treatment, unhooking, cleaning totems, jumping through a window, etc.) will be reduced by 3-4-5% (1 generator 3-4-5% 2 generator 6-8-10% 3 generator 9-12-15% 4 generator 12-16-20% Electricity is supplied to the gate 15-20-25%)
