PC - game crash in endgame tally screen when the killer is The Lich

Game crashed twice(both times the killer was The Lich) in the endgame screen after some time (maybe the killer has to leave, and then the survivors crash?). The same crash happened to my friend so I know it's not an issue with my computer or my game files.
