Doctor Nerf
The Doctor needs to be nerfed or at least have a longer cooldown on both his shock abilities. Anybody that's ever played against every and any Doctor knows that they simply spam their ability over and over again until it gains them a hit. Doctor is one of the most annoying killers to play against due to the unimaginative and aggravating gameplay from people that play as them. I would have more fun sticking a rat trap down my pants.

Just greed pallets like crazy and learn to run loops tight.
He gets slowed whenever he shocks and it resets bloodlust, so you can spend a lot of time even on small loops.
Yeah, his hits are technically unavoidable, but the time of the chase matters and in reality his chases are not that fast.
If you play SWF, then try to get players and mainly obsession (in case of STBFL) to take protection hits often. It slows him quite a lot.
