No endurance or deceive strike after being unhooked

in Bug Reporting

Going against Leatherface on Backwater Swamp and after being unhooked two times I did not get either my endurance or decisive strike so he just chain sawed us both and got two easy downs, is this bugged cause of the upcoming 2 v 8 mode?

Did this happen before or after yesterday's patch? As the issue with Endurance should be fixed: https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/kb/articles/462-8-1-1-bugfix-patch Also, did this happen when the gates were powered? Because in that case it's normal.
