Dead By Daylight had a whopping 50% increase in peak players, and will probably create a new all-time peak for the game.

Now, I don't play survivor so I can't comment on that, but 2v8 made me feel like all the stress of playing Killer is gone. Genuinely having someone else to cover little bits of pressure is a massive relief, and overall ridiculously fun.

As for the queue times? I think they will balance theirselves. Survivors have no reason to not queue, as they get matched instantly. Some Killer players will eventually stop queueing to avoid waiting 5-10 minutes, which will reduce the timer for other Killer players.

10/10, keep the gamemode. I'm literally ignoring regular DBD to play 2v8 with long queues.
