We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Are we the only ones having trouble with PlayStation / Switch synchronization ?

Hello everybody,

A friend of mine tried to establish cross progression between his Switch and PlayStation account. But he keeps encoutering the two same issues.

First, after he linked his accounts and log into Behaviour platform, a popup appears "You need to launch the game using this account first". He did on both. Used to play on Switch months ago, then went on PlayStation.

Secondly :

  • When he tries to sync his progress with PlayStation, he can link his account and go through all the steps. But when he arrives at the last one, a message appears "An error occured while trying to sync your progress".
  • When he tries to sync his progress with Switch, he can also link his account, but cannot go through the "Launch and quit the game" as the platform does not detect it was launched before.

Also, he opened a ticket to Behaviour (which is currently processing) but it takes some time and I would like to see if I can fasten up things.

So, out of a curiosity for everyone, has anyone faced this issue, and if yes, how ?

    My syncing went off smoothly from Nintendo Switch to PS4.

    I wanted to get off Switch so I first linked my Nintendo account and logged in on Switch to a message thanking me for enabling cross-progression.

    I then bought the game from the PS Store, launched it, closed it, went back to my BHVR account and added my Playstation account.

    They sync very quickly and you get a confirmation email for each platform.
