Glitch after being caged ,second time this happened.

I checked if this has been reported before and found nothing but just incase I'm reporting it anyway.
After being caged twice in the new 2v8 mode, i could only heal but I saw my character from above and could not get hit by killers or step in traps ,i couldnt vault either.
its happened twice but this is the first time i caught it on outplayed.
