2v8 missing exit door

On one of the 2v8 maps (i think its autohaven), one of the exit doors are missing sometimes, which if under the perfect conditions (all hatches are closed or all gens are done) you can simply walk over to the unopened exit from the back side and just leave. The floor where the exit gate should be is a giant red square, sometimes chests and totems can spawn there but i only saw it once.
