Standing outside cage when 'hooked' (2v8)

Apologies if this has already been reported, I couldn't find a thread on it! I was hatcheted and downed, then stomped on a few moments later. When I was supposed to appear in the cage, I was standing outside of it injured. I still needed to hit skill checks and was shown in the character list as being caged, but survivors couldn't interact to get me out. They also saw me just standing outside of it.
Another survivor, Nea, went absolutely nyooming around and kept falling into the ground, though I'm unsure how that happened. She appeared in the 'falling' posture while moving around. I've uploaded a clip here:

- Map: Unsure, I'm not familiar with all the names sorry!
- Frequency: I haven't had this happen before now.
