Am I allowed to participate in the contest if I live in Ireland and not the UK?

This might be a dumb question but sometimes when people say the UK they mean UK and Ireland. I live in the Republic of Ireland, can I still participate?

    pretty sure it’s about national/regional laws about gambling and such so if your country is not explicitly listed I would assume it’s not possible to participate
