PC - Flashlight craft drops item

Loaded into game on Nostromo as Nea with Alex's toolbox (grip wrench and wire spool)
Repaired a generator, then entered a locker to craft flashbang
When i crafted it, the toolbox dropped half inside the base of the locker, and couldn't be retrieved
