Rift bug and bloodweb error

Hi BHVR,

i just bought Lara Croft DLC and Auric cells, shortly after the brief daily downtime.

I now have 2 issues:

  1. When I try leveling up characters in the bloodweb, I'm regularly kicked out to the main screen. it seems that the progress in the bloodweb is saved, but i'm getting kicked to the main screen after 1 or 2 level ups in the web. however, changes to character customizations and equipped perks get lost.
  2. as you can see in the screenshot, after buying auric cells and paying the premium track of the rift, the skins are marked as 'owned' and are available to the respective characters, but there is still a lock marking the parts. Moreover, the button to unlock the pass and pay 1000 cells to buy the track afterwards are still pressable.

Please help, especially being constantly kicked out with bloodweb error are really annoying.

btw: i already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it…

    Still it's a serious issue. I have almost 2 million bloodpoints and I have to spend them to earn more since that's the cap. Unfortunately it kicks me back to the main screen everytime I level up a character.

    Had this bloodweb issue as well, doesn't matter the killer or survivor in any lobby.

    Have you also been locked out of the end game menu after about 2 seconds? Had it in the two games I played tonight.
