Bloodweb error

Hello, I play on PC through steam and i when i try and collect anything from the bloodweb it says there's been a bloodweb error and kicks me back to the very beginning starting screen. I first go to the bloodweb, then I buy out that bloodweb only for it to say there's been and error.

Same thing is happening to me on PS4.Also, if I play a game, I don't get the bloodpoints for that match, I just get an error saying theres a sync error and it just sends me to the starting screen.
