Survivor Visual and Auditory bugs against The Nemesis

As the title suggests, Survivors can encounter 2 different bugs while playing against the Nemesis.

The Visual bug does NOT majorly affect the match, and is actually pretty funny if encountered. The way this happened was a Survivor was infected, holding a vaccine, and died to the End Game Collapse. When the animation plays for The Entity to "sprout" from the ground, the Survivor doesn't actually play the animation as well, instead just standing idly while the Entity animation plays out. They are still sacrificed as normal once the animation ends. To attempt to reproduce, in a match against The Nemesis, just have a Survivor be infected and holding a vaccine, and let them die to the End Game Collapse. Unsure if this will trigger 100% of the time, but is still funny when it does happen. How often this occurs is hard to say, as it only triggers if the End Game Collapse timer fully expires.

The Auditory bug POTENTIALLY affects the match, and can flat-out remove the Survivor's ability to remain quiet. When any Survivor is infected, they usually have intermittent coughs, with each sound bite usually occurring every few seconds. This bug makes it so any HEALTHY infected Survivor will constantly cough with little to no breaks between each cough sound bite. This can make it a lot easier for The Nemesis to track Survivors while they are infected, and could ruin the match for Survivors. To attempt to reproduce, it's as simple as getting a HEALTHY Survivor infected, whether through The Nemesis' tentacle strike, or by having a Survivor get attacked by a zombie. This bug is temporarily suppressed if a Survivor becomes injured, possibly due to both the coughing noises and grunts of pain both having to play. This bug does NOT go away even if the infected Survivor is healed from an injury or cured of the infection; the audio bug will always persist as long as a Survivor is healthy.

EDIT: Perks like "Iron Will" and "Off the Record" do suppress the constant coughing noises, even though the Survivor is not actively making groans of pain.
