The Oceania/Asia Server Grouping

So if you dont know, if you queue long enough in Oceania & Asia, instead of the MMR bracket widening, you just start searching in the other server. This means if for any reason there is a long queue, you are either going to placed into a different server & be incredibly laggy, or are going to be matched with people from another server who will all be laggy. This feels awful.

Right now due to 2v8 being in the game, the normal queue does not have many players, so if say you want to complete any of the challenges from the new rift that cant be done in 2v8, you are by default playing with 150ms. End of story. If you're going to have this system in place, you at least need to turn it off when it's going to be happening every single game.

I would like this matchmaking feature removed, and replaced with something that provides a better gameplay experience. If this is done due to the amount of players in these regions, why would this be the preferable solution over just having the MMR bracket widen with queue time instead?
