PC - Stridor/Iron Will interaction not functioning as intended (I believe)

Survivors with Iron Will are still muted against Stridor. As far as I'm aware, no longer being multiplicative of 0% should allow for some sort of noise to be heard. But alas, there is absolute Silence.
Killer - Spirit
Map - RPD East Wing
Survivors affected - All as far as I can tell.

Stridor dont work for me after the hotfix, i can't still hear the breath of survivors, especially the survivors with Iron Will or OTR. Perhaps its a bug only for the spirit idk, she is the killer i have used to test the add-on. This bug was on Coldwin Farm, with Spirit on PC.
